but still towards the end of the year pun, aku punye resolution tuh  masih tang tuh jugak

wallaa...first time aku pegi makan dkt tempat nama senibong nie, dan sebagai org johor kau patut rasa malu sbb kau tak tahu tentang kewujudan tempat ini..dan sebab org lain semua pernah makan sini tapi kau x pernah...tskkk..T_T

food memang marvelous....seafood variety..tp paling best adalah sebab org belanjaa!! haha, thanks kepada sponsor kami malam itu, niza dan numan...next year boleh blanja lagi...sbenarnye birthday mereka (x ingt bpe hribulan, tp last week la, haha), so mereka berdua kena 'paw' dgn kami org semua...wahaha

perghh, muke mmg obviously nampak busuk gilee, gigih sngat kerja dispen ubat pada patient dkt opd tuh kot

ok, mereka tngah gaduh, niza nak bayar divide same rata seperti yg dipersetujui oleh birthday kids ini, haha, tp tetibe sahaje numan bayar 3/4 dri harga kesuluruhan, naseb baiklah ko comel!! dan naseb jugaklah x same  birthday ngn aku, kalo x abes sume aku soh kau bayar kan...haha

mood skarang adalah tgah happy dan keadaan diri adalah  tgah sihat berbanding dgan minggu lepas...Alhamdulillah
cuti 3 hari minggu ini dapat dinikmati dgn indah tanpa gangguan kerja, jadi boleh tersenyum gembira (walaupun cuti duduk rumah tetap buat kerja spital..tsskk)
bukan senang nak tgok aku cuti 3 hari straight tu...even free both sabtu ahad juga agak mustahil
mari sama2 kita bersyukur

it has been a very tiring week for me
bukan kerana aku sibuk banyak berkerja sampai penat...
tapi mungkin kerana aku kurang sihat kott
batuk2 sampai rase nak terkeluar anak tekak, malam2 pulak diserang nocturnal fever on and off, hidung pula sukar bernafas rase seperti disumbat dgn sesuatu di situ...

balik kerja kepala pening terus pengsan
baju dah seminggu x berlipat.
itu belum lagi baju yang dah bertimbun x basuh lagi
beg baju yang aku bawak pergi ke KL last week pun masih x unpack lagi..masih setia di situ.
bilik serius macam tongkah pecah
tpi tiap2 malam pun aku bantai tido dgn lena je..
kereta aku pula serius kotor macam lah aku nie kerja dkt construction site di padang pasir...kesian dia, malu dgn kereta2 lain...tp aku peduli ape, janji aku selamat pergi dan balik kerja...

oleh kerana itulah..aku memerlukan pembantu rumah..mungkin pembantu rumah cum pembantu peribadi
mungkin juga cum driver...jadi aku bole tido dalam kereta..perjalanan pergi balik ke  tmpt kerja sahaja sudah hampir 70km...lebey bahagia kalo ade driver lebey2 lagi sewaktu jalan jamme

semalam aku tido selama 13 jam...sebab terlalu penat kerana telah berkerja straight 15 jam..dri pukul 10pm hingga 1pm esoknye tanpa tido..amek ko!!...bangun tido je rase nak muntah...kepala pening, perut masuk angin, sape suruh ko tido x makan dulu...

so, does anyone care to be one??

ooohhh, sebelum terlupa, tadi aku attend majlis kahwin kawan lama mase di STARP, balik kerja tghari tadi terus salin baju dan pergi (tengok...kerja lgi!!)

siang tdi keje 8am -5pm, malam nie keje dri 10 pm - 8 am kat satelit, pastuh terus sambung esok pgi pkol 8 am smpai 1 pm dkt CDR plak...wawawa...sile pengsan skarang...x tido weh...lebey dri 24 hours tuh...IF only dpt claim, aku lah org mude terkaya kot...wawawa..sile berangan sajelah...mane mungkin bole claim..kalo nk pindah private ye cik kak!!

oopppss, sebelum terlupe, aku kena pikir tajuk utk research project nie, kena submit proposal isnin nie...tp baru bitau last 2 days..hape2 tah...sape2 ade idea?? bile tah aku nak pikir nye....malam nie keje, esok keje lagi, sabtu pun aku keje jugak...ahad je kot free...pengsan~~~ nak berangan pun x sempat, lgi kan nak berfikir...HELP!!

yupp..december is finally here
a year has passed...a lot of things have change
from a student to a 'servant', from here to there, up and down
yet so many has not been accomplished

it is a month full with a lot of works
with case presentation to do, with weekend work call to do...with a pile of patients to be serve in the opd lagi, with the data2 report whatsoever that need to be submit because it is the end of the year now...

a month full with wedding invitation
to all my friends who are getting married or enganged, i wish u all the best and may it last eternity and be bless with cute children..have a happy marriage life

and not to forget, the end year sale lorr
must go and shoppppp until droppp

sungguh cepat mase itu berjalan....16 minggu sudah berlalu...yeay!!!
and i'm moving to OPD level 3 this monday until end of february next year...muntah2 lah aku nak ngadap orang ramai tuh for these 3 months nie...
but finally!!! naik jugak ke level 3 selepas 16 minggu duduk di level 1 mengkhatamkan 4 station...dah lah line tepon macam haram dkt bawah tuh..wahaha

last night pergi dinner bhgian farmasi dkt hotel naza JB....
dah lah hotel kt ceruk mane tah..tapi thanks to our GPS, sampai jugak kami akhirnya
bayar mahal okey!! rm 60...tp makanan sangat x sedap....hotel punyelah kecik...3 star je kot...hall dia pun tanak kecik jugak laa kan...hurrmmm

Allowance reduction unfair to pharmacists

IT is really disheartening to learn that pharmacists working in government hospitals will have their monthly critical allowance reduced by RM650, leaving only a small sum of RM100 if the Ministry of Health introduces this ruling soon.

If they have this intention, I do not understand why the reduction of the allowance applies only to government pharmacists and not other government servants as well. Doctors and nurses are said to be unaffected.
Can someone from the Health Ministry explain the logic behind this cost-cutting exercise?

On one hand, the prime minister has reduced income tax by 1% for the higher income group in the 10th Malaysian Budget but on the other hand the Government tries to collect back the money from a small population of government pharmacists.

This is unfair treatment and does not serve any purpose.

At the moment, graduate pharmacists have to be trained in government hospitals for one year and forced to work for another three years before they can opt for greener pastures outside. Their salary is already low when compared with the private sector.

Pharmacists are also subjected to on-call and overtime work like doctors, but they are not allowed to claim on-call allowances like doctors.

Pharmacists need their own transport to go to work in the wee hours of the night when they are on-call. The critical allowance is just enough for them to foot the car maintenance and petrol bill.
Also, critical allowance is crucial as they are among critical front-liners exposing them­selves to health hazards and risks when dispensing drugs to patients at the counters.

Then what about the cytotoxic department? Every day, pharmacists enter the clean room and expose themselves to the aerosol of cancer drugs (a single drop of cytotoxic drug can cause necrosis or mutation).
In the methadone department, pharmacists are also at risk. They have to park their cars far away from the department to avoid their cars being vandalised. There are threat cases as well when pharmacists meet the addicts outside.

Every day, pharmacists have to go in and out of wards to counsel patients with infectious diseases, not to mention the current H1N1 pandemic with many pharmacists reportedly suspected of being infected.
The RM750 critical allowance seems insignificant and insufficient when personal safety and health are in jeopardy.

The above are just the tip of the iceberg. I urge the Ministry Of Health to reconsider the allowance reduction.

a little update

maaf blog for not giving you any update, or story or at least complaining or whining and sighing about anything this lately...the last entry was on the konvo thingy...life has been as usual...hospital then home, home then hospital....hurmmm...

i've took the forensic exam paper last monday and i really hope we all can pass so that we don't have to take it again....pictures down here was on the forensic's tutorial day which i think the tutorial doesn't help us at all in answering the paper. T_T

okay penat!!  dari tadi i try to upload pictures during konvo sebab malas nak membebel di sini...but don't know why...the internet is soo like lembap or do they spell it as lembab?? hurrmm,  whatever lah....but the main point here is, it is very annoying la YOU internet!! why so slow!!

First nite call

okay2....saya tau rakan2 PRP lain mungkin sudah byk kali buat nite call dan sudah rase jemu dengannya, mungkin juga cerita pasal nite call sudah jadi busuk....but i still have not yet do mine..

lambat kan...sudah memasuki bulan ke-3  but still not doing it yet...and i am very much happy with that...haha....tapi kalo kerja sabtu ahad itu selalu lah kena buat...in HSI, doing nite call bermakna u have to work alone at satelit level 6 from 10pm to 8am. quite scary actually to be alone there...

but last friday, izzati is doing her first nite call, and i, being a very nice friend, had temankan dia to go through the nite call together...at the same time i wanted to learn also la kan...niza pun dtg jugak, because she had some reports to finish..so, there are 3 of us there la...haha...org lain buat nite call sorang2, kami pula ber-3...

basically, we had to finish all the prescription order before 12o'clock and call all the ward to collect the medication before 12am because the satelit pharmacy will be close from any business starting from 12 am to 5 am. everythings went on just okay...luckily there are no ubat pelik2 or no order pelik2 because that would be the hardest part... After we had settle everything about 12o'clock, niza and i went out for a mdcdonald's drive thru sbb suddenly je lapar in the middle of the nite..and then came back to the satelit pharmacy, and eat and eat....

literally, satelit pharmacy is close from 12am to 5am..so, if there are any new prescription order or the doctors urgently need any drugs, they will call us by handphone through the operator..see, operator pun kena buat nite call juga..pity them.. so, what to do during these 5 hours??

usually, we will clear up the dispense monitor, discharge monitor and verify all the prescriptions...err, mungkin kamu x brape  faham, but it something like clearing up all the data from the system or else, the system will be damn slow..

di situ disediakan tikar dan juga tv utk mereka bergolek2 menonton tv jika bosan semasa nite call...nice kan..but still, mane ade siaran rancangan after 1am kan, lainlah kalo ade astro ke...haha..btw, the tv was given by the previous KPF prof mansor to boost up his employee's working spirit to do nite call..haha..thanks prof!!

so, ape lagi, dlm pukul 2am begitu, kami pun kunci pintu, tutup lampu, bentang tikar, dan tidoo...seriously rase mcm pergi camping saje...tp x bole tido sgt pun since it is very damn cold and lantai adalah sgt keras ok...haha...i mana bole tido atas lantai keras weh..then, around 5am, bangun sambung kerja, mase nie dah start dpt call dri wards mintak mcm2 ubat..and was quite busy la during that hours

finish at 8am, then go back home and tido mcm x hengat dunia....since i am sooo not used to stay up late at nite, i feel like getting jag lag tau...haha...tipu saje. So, that is my first nite call experience though it is not really mine.

kehilangan tiket parking

tghari tadi, selepas enak menjamu anak tekak di jamuan-makan-free-hari-raya-hospital, aku dgn senang hatinya pun menujulah ke jaya jusco sebelah itu berasama niza utk menghabiskan mase rehat yg ade, yelahh kan, duit gaji baru masuk smalam...hahaha.... and lagipun lunch break hari jumaat kan panjang,  mase tuh baru jek pukul 1 tghari...


setelah membeli ape2 yg patut dan juga yg tidak patut, juga setelah terserempak dgan senior lama yg 1 dorm tido bwh katil aku dulu mase di asrama  STARP yg mana dia masih cam aku sedangkan aku selambe badak jek x cam dia mase tuh...sorry kak!!
setelah semua itu, kami pun menuju lah ke autopay machine nak bayar tiket parking...


then, cari tngok selongkar dlm purse x jumpe.....ok2...maybe tertinggal dlm kereta...so, pergilah ke kereta....cari2 dari atas tepi blakang bawah seat driver ke seat blakang sampai ke bonet, enjin, bawah kereta, kalo bole nak tgok dlm kereta sebelah skali...tp masih x jumpe2 jugak tiket itu


mulalah menggelabah kan....mase tuh dah 2.40pm...masuk keje blik 2.45pm..cemana nieh..ok fine! kami give up since nak kejar mase....pergi menyerah diri ckp tiket parking hilang dan bersedia utk menerima denda hukuman penjara bayar..tsskk...mase tuh terpikir mungkin denda adelah sebanyak RM50...abeslah melayang RM


but then, bile encik kaunter tuh ckp hanya kena bayar RM20 shje, oohh, terus rase lega dan ckp pada dia kamu sgguh handsome lah hari ni...haha...mungkin kalo mase student dulu sanggup cari tiket smpai ke lubang cacing skalipun sbb RM20 tuh bole buat lunch sedap2 selama seminggu tau


dah2...lepas ni jgn main hilang2 tiket lagi heh

ahad lepas ade makan2 kat rumah sket sbb kawan2 adek aku dr utm tuh dtg...ade laksa, spaghetti, puding..tp semua mak yg masak lah...=p...aku keje pagi ahad tu..haha...alasan terbaeekk. then ade cake birthday aku beli in advance sbb isnin tuh nnt xde org nk mkn kat umah pun

isnin pulak ade marhaban kt rumah....perghh, mlm tuh lagi byk gilerr mkan, jiran2 bgi nasi lemak, spaghetti, karipap, agar2, rumah aku pulak buat nasi beriayni, tp catering je lah, x reti nk masak sendiri

selase ade jamuan hari raya farmasi waktu lunch break, since dah byr rm30, kenalah mkn secara berpatutan dgn harga yg dibayar, haha...ade ketupat, rendang ayam daging, mee goreng, kek lapis, lontong, epal pie...then bile petang masuk kerja blik rase ngntuk gilerr

ok, rabu puase sbb rase suda makan melampau

khamis pun puase juge, tp hanye sekerat hari...sbb saket perut x tahu knape, rase mcm gastrik je...ditambah pule ajakan niza utk pergi makan free dkt jamuan raya company hape tah dkt sbelah jpj johor tuh...haha...gile muke tembok pegi makan dkt situ...tp dia jemput org awam apee utk dtg mkan...kena lah pegi kan, benda free weh... kat situ ade sate, kambing golek, nasi ayam, nasi beriayani, mee goreng dan mcm2 lagi lah..burrpp..kenyang okeh

err,esok plak jumaat, ade jamuan raya hospital plak, since dia jemput semua staff2 hospital, bolelah pergi..haha
minggu nie x kuar sesen pun duit utk mkn tghri...haha...bestnye kalo mereka rajin buat jamuan2 makan free nie..bole save budget aku....tp naseb baik lah raya tuh setahun sekali je...

and 1 more thing is that skarang tgah bekerja di bhgn stor...hampir setiap ptg akan ade sales rep yg dtg membawa mknn utk warga2 stor, dari karipap, kek lapis, pisang goreng, nasi lemak sampailah ke mcDonald...haha..mereka kan nak menjaga hati cutomer mereka ini...haruslah ade refreshment kan

ok2...iye saya tahu, have to lost some weight nie, lagi 2 weeks je nk konvo kan..huhu....
eh, baru prasan, takde gmbr lgnsung mase mkan2 nie, x sempat nak amek....haha
