'How to Make Your Pharmacist's Day'

hari tuh nampak kak dayah post ni dekat fb, so nak copy letak dkt sini pula

'How to Make Your Pharmacist's Day'
  1. Do not demand your prescription gets filled "right away." They understand that your time is precious, but please realize there are others whose scripts are before you. They will do their best to get you out of the pharmacy as quickly as possible. (tolonglah sabar dan sila beratur, jangan potong queue)
  2. Do not stare at the pharmacy staff or stand right by the counter as they are filling your prescription. This does not make them move faster, and in many cases, it makes them a little nervous or irritated. The last thing you want is for the pharmacy staff to concentrate on anything other than filling your prescription correctly. (ye betul!!! tolonglah jangan bertepek beramai-ramai dekat cermin kaunter tuh macam lah saya ni sedang buat magic show di situ, sangat irritating hokeh!!!)
  3. Please believe the pharmacy staff when they tell you that your prescription has not been called in. Your doctor might have told you that they would call it in, but they are also human. Maybe they forgot, or haven't gotten to it yet, or a ton of other reasons. (blame the doctor, hehe...kesian doktor, mereka penat la tuh)
  4. Do not argue the pharmacy staff about your copay amount. If you have insurance, your insurance company decides what you are responsible for. If you do not have insurance, the pharmacy staff does not set the price. It is set by a corporate office in large pharmacy chains. (bayar singget wat cara cam bayar singget k, plastik tade jangan nak bising, shadap sudah)
  5. Try to be patient if the pharmacy does not have your medication in stock. They do their best, but if a pharmacy have every medication in every strengh, the pharmacy would have to be the size of a warehouse. Yes, there are that many medications in existance. (tolonglah faham kalau ubat tuh takde dan janganlah nak marah2 tak tentu pasal, ingat saya suke2 ke nak cakap ubat takde stok)
  6. Lastly, please do your best to smile. The staff realizes that you probably don't feel the best, but if you smile, you will feel better. And your pharmacy will realize that you truly appreciate their work. (senyum, tak perlu kata apa-apa , -Anna Rafali & Mior Hassan-)
