This is what i had the other day:
A homemade roasted chicken with potatoes

Very simple recipe
Minced garlic, onion then mix with a bit of oyster sauce, ketchup and honey
Then bake about 40 minutes at 250 degree Celsius
Tadaa, simple and easy
Choose an oven bake method, more healthier than a deep fried method
